1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ERPKeeper, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use. These terms apply to all users including administrators.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws, not to use it for illegal purposes, and to be responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the system.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. ERPKeeper is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from inadequate security practices.

4. Data Ownership

Data you enter into the system remains your property. ERPKeeper only uses your data to provide agreed-upon services. You can export your data at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

ERPKeeper is provided "as is." We will make our best effort to maintain system stability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Service Cancellation

You may cancel the service at any time. After cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data, after which it will be permanently deleted.
